What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state experienced by everyone, everyday. Your brain waves change throughout the day for tasks, rest and especially learning. Hypnosis is a way to "relearn & reset" through focus & intention. Hypnosis is NOT like the movies & cartoons! Hypnosis feels like a laser-focused meditation.

Who can benefit from Hypnosis?

EVERYONE! Again, Hypnosis is experienced everyday. Have you ever driven to work and do not remember driving there? Maybe even taking a walk and suddenly realizing you have been walking for a while, kind of "zoned-out"? This is when your subconscious is accessible and your brain waves have changed. This is the required state of relaxation during a hypnotherapy session.

How can Hypnosis help me?

Imagine still wearing the same clothes as when you were a child. How would you feel? Probably self-conscious, nervous, fearful, out of place, etc. Hypnosis is a way to update the whole self. Since 99% of our behaviors are subconscious, most people have some of the same fears that create their "glass ceiling". However, this looks just like behaviors before thoughts. People simply act or react to everything. Hypnosis can help everyone! It is a great compliment or stand-alone modality of healing & self-care!

What are the key areas of improvement?

Hypnosis can help every area of life! The big-ticket topics are usually smoking cessation, weight loss/diet, fear/trauma, test-prep, confidence/self-esteem, and even abundance & prosperity! Yes, abundance & prosperity are a manifesting mindset. This can equate to love, money, friends, happiness, etc.

How does a Hypnosis session work?

Hypnosis can be administered in-person and even through google meet. The session lasts about an hour depending on questions from the client. The client is taken through a few warm-ups to prove that

Hypnosis will work (determines that the client is indeed hypnotizable). The client is taken through a relaxing visualization that feels like meditation. This accesses the subconscious to allow the client to integrate their desired improvement(s). Clients have reported extreme relaxation as well as: forgetting to buy cigarettes, replacing candy bars with fruits & veggies, applying for that promotion, saying "yes" to happiness, etc.
