Have you ever felt like you are stuck similar to the movie Groundhog Day?! Everyone feels like this from time to time. Start with a few questions: "Did you bypass a previous Spiritual/life lesson previously and now it is refusing to be ignored?" "Are you supposed to help someone?" "Are you your own worst enemy?" All of these questions are valid in a repeating cycle situation. Sometimes we only need to say out loud: "I accept _________." Someone does not always have to enjoy or like the stress, pain, or strife. The life lesson could be as simple as acceptance. Another technique to help is to do something different. It could be as simple as driving home a different way from work. Stepping out of the routine allows the mind to see "new situations" so that the "newness" comes into our minds as inspiration.
